ADC College again offers 2 types of professional development programmes within Comenius and Grundtvig in-service Training.

Programme 1. The professional development for teachers of the English language:

"Language Development and Creative Methodology"

"Language Development and British Culture & Society"

Programme 2. For other subject teachers (e.g. maths, biology, chemistry, etc. but not English) who would like to teach some or the entire subject using the medium of the English language:

"Language Development and the Practice of CLIL"

All programmes include training with expert, qualified tutors (including some one-to-one sessions), half or full board accommodation in host families or self catering in residence accommodationand local transport.

To apply for any of the above programmes please register on our web site http://www.adccollege.eu/.Candidates who wish to receive European funding for the above programmes should apply to their national agency afterwards. Please note that teachers in adult learning institutions should apply for a Grundtvig grant, whereas teachers in primary and secondary schools should apply for a Comenius grant.

The programmes are usually fully funded by grants from your national agency. The application for a grant should be sent to your national agency by 17.9. 2012.
